Most common customer questions

We aim to ship within 24 hours of the order being placed (excluding weekends).
It depends on the shipping method you chose at checkout. We currently have two shipping speeds available.

Free Shipping - 5 to 8 business days
Expedited - 2 to 3 business days
Your tracking # will be sent to you by email as soon as we ship your order. You can track it by clicking on the link inside the email, or by copying the number onto the tracking # on the shipping carriers website directly.
We realize shopping online can be daunting, so we created The Evergreen Guarantee. If you aren’t satisfied with order, send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of order date and we will arrange a return, plus full refund.
Our products are made and manufactured by hard-working Americans. Our packaging suppliers are all American, too. We manufacture our products in the Sunshine State, Florida.
In order to get the best results for your lawn, it’s important to use the products correctly. You can find the usage instructions on the backside of each product label. We also send usage tips and tricks to you by email when your order is confirmed. Instructions can also be found (shorthand) on each product page here on our site.
