Orders, Shipping and Warranty

We aim to ship within 24 hours of the order being placed (excluding weekends).
It depends on the shipping method you chose at checkout. We currently have two shipping speeds available.

Standard (Free) Shipping - 5 to 8 business days
Expedited Shipping - 2 to 3 business days
Priority Shipping - 1 to 2 business days
Our three main shipping carriers are USPS, Fedex, and UPS. We are unable to choose which carrier we ship with for your order, this depends on your location and which product(s) you have purchased.
Your tracking # will be sent to you by email as soon as we ship your order. You can track it by clicking on the link inside the email, or by copying the number onto the tracking # on the shipping carriers website directly.
We realize shopping online can be daunting, so we created The Evergreen Guarantee. If you aren’t satisfied with order, send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of order date and we will arrange a return, plus full refund.
Sometimes there are mix-ups during shipping and packages get diverted or lost. Send an email to [email protected] and we will research the issue, and make sure we fix it for you–be it by locating the package, or by sending you a replacement.
On the off-chance your order arrives incomplete or damaged, send an email to [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement for you right away.

Our Products

Our products are made and manufactured by hard-working Americans. Our packaging suppliers are all American, too. We manufacture our products in the Sunshine State, Florida.
In order to get the best results for your lawn, it’s important to use the products correctly. You can find the usage instructions on the backside of each product label. We also send usage tips and tricks to you by email when your order is confirmed. Instructions can also be found (shorthand) on each product page here on our site.

Our expertly formulated products can be used on all grass types. It is helpful to know which type (or blend) of grass you have in order to get to the root of issues, and watch out for potentially harmful situations. Lawn’s don’t change overnight (unless you opt for our grass paint). Depending on the condition of your lawn, and the issue(s) you’re addressing, it can take several weeks, or even months, to see lasting change when it comes to overall health and vitality. If you have correctly diagnosed the underlying issues with your lawn, you will be able to treat it successfully with our solutions.
