We’re not going to bore you with pages of fine print. We made our returns and refunds process as simple as possible.
The Evergreen Guarantee policy lasts 30 days: If you aren’t satisfied with your order, contact us for a no-questions-asked return plus refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of your order date. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
If you are eligible for the Evergreen Guarantee, we will promptly arrange for a refund to be processed. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Although optional, we would very much appreciate if you could share some feedback as to why you are returning your order because it helps us improve our products and services for future customers.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/reduced items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will let you know where to send your item.
To return your product, send an email to [email protected] and we will let you know the correct return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
