I believe this product has improved the appearance of my lawn noticeably. I live in an area that is quite hot and dry especially in the summer. The soil had become very hard. Soil condition has definitely improved.

For best results apply LawnStar Liquid Soil Aerator before 10 am, or after 5 pm. This allows for decreased evaporation and greater efficacy. Application during the afternoon should be avoided.
Once applied, water your lawn for 20–30 minutes.
May cause staining. Shake product well before use.
For pump-up garden sprayers
1. Mix 1 oz. LawnStar Liquid Soil Aerator per gallon of water
2. Apply evenly across 1,000 sq. ft. of lawn
3. Water lawn for 20–30 minutes after application
For hose-end sprayers
1. Pour LawnStar Liquid Soil Aerator into hose-end sprayer bottle
2. Set sprayer to "1 oz." setting
3. Evenly apply 1 oz. concentrate per 1,000 sq. ft. of lawn
4. Water lawn for 20–30 minutes after application

Look, everyone knows that a well aerated lawn is important. In fact, it’s really important.
When you run a core plug aerator over your lawn, what you’re really doing is alleviating soil compaction. Compacted soils contain too many solid particles within too little space, creating an overly dense, compact soil media that prevents oxygen, water and nutrients from being able to do as nature intended. This is even more prevalent in lawns that:
- Have clay soil.
- See moderate to heavy usage. Think kids and pets running around the yard.
- Were established by sod.
- Dry out easily.
- Are newly constructed.
With proper aeration, air, water and nutrients can penetrate the grass roots and travel deep down into the root system, in turn allowing the root system to grow deeper itself.
